Seasonal chiffon cake in celebration of our National Day. Pandan coconut chiffon with homemade brown sugar peanut crunch, sweet corn and gula melaka cream. This is magic. Somehow MÄD managed to translate our beloved apam balik into a chiffon cake and it was fabulous! We spoke to one of the co-founders and she confessed that this is her current favourite chiffon cake. It’s available until Malaysia Day but if the response is good they may consider making it a permanent item on their menu. Yay!
