Key Lime to top it all offf.....and a review too...... I like The Optimist...the space, the vibe, the simplistic menu. The dishes let the seafood be the star - I love that Execution sometimes varries - like tonight where the brussel sprouts were mussy and swimming in fish sauce....and the scallops were overcooked...but the Grilled Octopus is a signature app and everyone should try this.... The Cobia was the hightlight of the table and the star by far in my book. Key lime at the end just ot make sure you a sooooo full you'll pop back to the valet!
