PANDAN SLICE

It’s a simple cake. Just pandan. But boy, do they do it right. Made with no artificial colouring or flavouring, this cake was moist and fragrant with the smell of pandan. That intense green colour comes from the generous amount of pandan juice painstakingly extracted from many, many pandan leaves. Pairs well with coffee.
