Ginkgo nuts, scallops, mushrooms, chicken gizzards, garlic, chicken, shrimp, beef intestines, beef, sausage, bacon & rice cakes, asparagus & bacon. Everything was very good and perfectly cooked, except the beef intestines. It was gritty and didn't seem like it was cleaned well.
