There are 3 options for this dish and I chose the: Stewart Island hot-smoked salmon fillet on agria potato rosti, poached eggs, citrus hollandaise & crispy capers $21.5 The capers weren’t crispy, the hollandaise lacked flavour but apart from that, it was nice. The potato rosti had lots of crispy parts that I love.
