Braised bone-in veal shank served with saffron risotto. The first ossobuco I ever had was from here over 15 years ago. It was AMAZING! This is a different recipe and a different risotto. It wasn't as good as the first one, but it was still incredible. So tender. If you are not a fan of saffron, you can also get this with fettuccine.
