Meet one of my life’s true loves... the infamous Black Pepper Crab! Long Beach invented this dish; the location on Stevens seems to serve it with a slightly more buttery profile... Personally, I prefer it with a bit less butter. But yo, this stuff is still decapod crustacean CRACK! Ask my wife... I occasionally dream about this dish.
