Served with crispy tortilla chips.” Was it really perfectly grilled? Yeah pretty much came close to it. That pork patty was definitely juicy and flavourful enough to carry the whole burger. The sauce was kept to a bare minimum, just enough to enhance the hambaga, as was the mushrooms. Very satisfying. Didn’t fancy the tortilla chips much but that was fine as the hambaga itself had already filled me up.
