Fresh. Abundant. Gorgeous. Delicious. Everything you want your sushi to be. The Chef knows I love wasabi tobikko, so he garnished my bowl with a tablespoon of it. In addition to pickled daikon, he also included pickled burdoc. I've never had this root vegetable and it was a very pleasant surprise. Awesome! Service was very attentive and friendly as usual. 10/10
