Seasoned cubed tofu with cucumbers & avo over brown rice(sub of white). Sold "vegetarian" so I expected this may have mayo in it. Turned out this has no mayo = vegan🌱✌🏽 Pretty simple & plain taste-wise but good alternative/option for herbivores.
