One of my favourite meat in Kintan is the USDA premium kalbi short rib. Great flavour and my must-order whenever I'm here and it's slightly cheaper if you come during happy hours (check their website), just like many of their items. Yakiniku is Japanese grilled meat with tare sauce which is mostly commonly made of soy sauce mixed with sake, mirin, sugar, garlic, fruit juice and sesame.
