Miso-caramel? Furikake? Musubi kine naming/flavor for sweet dough? Hmmmm...ok, but gave it a try, I was expecting more like a miso soup 🍩🤣 but no, contrary to my expectation/assumption, I did not taste/smell much of miso from the icing, certainly tasted the lil saltiness(could be the furikake sprinkles?), and I must say "nuttier" aroma from miso? Not overpowering at all, and created a very unique combination of asian flavor/twist to this fluffy sweet goodness. I had it with a cup of joe☕️ but could go well with 🍵 Definitely a breakfast 🍩🌱✌🏽
