Just shy of ‘Really Good’! The duck was good, and was free of that ‘game’ flavour. Well prepared, with crisp skin, however, meat was somewhat firm, suggesting it was a bit overcooked. The roast pork was also good, and the skin was very crisp and nicely salted too. The barbecue pork (char siu) was a little odd in taste but succulent. The choy sum with garlic was good and crunchy.
