It was a little after 3 in the AM when I realized it was HCB day, so these happened. Pureeing the orange was the most challenging and time consuming part as I tried to get the mix to be as smooth as possible while being very mindful of the noise from the blender in the wee hours 🤫, but so worth it for the profusion of citrus in these scrumptious, chock full of chocolate buns. Phenomenal, and I have Natalie Paull to thank again for another excellent bake 🙏
