Made with Domyoji flour(mochi-rice powder), encloses candied peas & cherry-leaf speckles that gives wonderful sakura(cherry-blossom) infuse. Domyoji flour gives smooth yet a slight mochi-like texture...very addictive if you love sakuramochi. Absolutely my current favorite:D
