There aren't many places where I'll rave about the steak tartare but this is one of them. Despite the slightly high acidity (possibly from capers juice being mixed in pre serving?) it tasted amazing. Perfectly cooked chips and a lovely green salad to go with it, as well as home made mayonnaise.
