Plant-based mince, onions, carrots, cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce and basil with your choice of pasta. What I really liked about this dish was that you could decide what kind of pasta you would like with the sauce and could modify the dish however you liked (a picky eater’s dream!) I chose to go with tagliatelle and was very satisfied! The pasta was cooked beautifully and was lovely and soft; while the sauce itself was really flavourful without being too overwhelming.
