From their mozzarella bar. So creamy and silky, yet properly elastic that it was chewy and melted in my mouth. This one is with bacon, marinated escarole, and caramelized shallots. Served on top of their amazing crostini. They have an entire page of menu just on burrata. I need to go back and taste everything!! Love Love Love!!!
