What a treat! This lovely dish that was said to be created in 1738 is about as old school British as you get. A farm fresh free range organic egg (look at that yolk!!!) wrapped in sausage meat, coated in breadcrumbs and then baked - put on a bed of rucola. Wow. Just WOW. So worth the 5 Quid price tag. Could have eaten at least 2 more. A must have if you visit this market!
