Dinner's dessert on this fine first day. and boy oh boy they didn't lie on the menu. this chocolate tart was ÜBERrich. deep. dark. and delish. But not sweet enough to sugar coat the brilliant analysis of Ukraine by the expert dinner speaker. The sweet enough Mr. Carastian was more excited about the exotic fruit salad with the chili lime syrup. wow. what a great combo and I will soon copy that!
