As we bring in 2019 we fondly remember one of our favourite finds of 2018 - @hotstonelondon! A seemingly unassuming restaurant in Angel from the outside but it’s some of the best quality Japanese cooking we’ve had both in terms of preparation/combinations as well as ingredients. Here’s their delicious fatty tuna with red & green jalapeño sauce and a touch of caviar, and swipe right for their perfect miso black cod! This was all thanks to @eaten_app - a great social media app for food lovers where you can find the best dishes to eat wherever you are, as well as connect with other foodies!
