Pan seared Chilean Sea Bass filet served over escarole, golden raisins, toasted pine nuts and kalamata olives - finished with a lemon infused extra virgin olive oil. The fish was delectable, moist & succulent with a nice crispy outer crust. Fab!

Whole Tilapia scored in strips, lightly dusted and deep fry and put back together - top with fried ginger floss. Wonderful dish! My kind of deconstruction food!!!
