It’s legendary how they served this dish; the waiter brings the dark Rhum bottle to the table - pour it over the sponge cake and left the bottle on the table - saying we can pour more in if we like - Wowza! The perfect dessert! No need for an after dinner drink :-)

A fantastic idea! Naresh Durian tempura batter fried. By cooking the Durian the smell is less pungent and the meat is sweeter - combined with the crispy batter - heavenly!

This is simply awesome! Fresh coconut sorbet inside of a chocolate macadamia shell. It's is as beautiful and it is delicious :-)
