REALLY GOOD
1st KAKIAGE

A.K.A. Onion bomb. Their tempura is never a miss, always a hit. Crunchy/crispy batter with soft veggies inside. Goes very well with udon.
2nd GOBO KAKIAGE
Udon Gama-Dashi, Honolulu
Very unusual veggie tempura, gobo(burdock root) is often cooked w/carrots and/or onions for flavors but this one, is burdock root only! But it was actually really good! By deep-fried in oil, the distinctive flavor is somehow mellowed out, yet maintains the crunchy texture w/natty aroma. I'd love this again!

Requested regular tempura sauce instead of spicy one. Regardless, I sprinkled spicy(yes) shichini pepper, can't eat tempira without it✌🏽
