Thought I'd make Dan's Vegetable Stock to make Dan Barber's corn soup. However the recipe had to be modified on account of tarragon and chervil not being readily available and my reluctance to get a bag of flat leaf parsley. A broth based in dried anchovies with sweet potato leaves that Pan Mee may also be served in if you opt for the soupy version. In this case, it was served alongside the dry version of Pan Mee.
