REALLY GOOD
1st LEFTOVER STUFFING-STUFFED SHROOMS

Leftover Easy-Bake herbed stuffing, repurposed into… still stuffing—but zhuzhed up with chopped mushroom stems, odds and ends, and nutty Gruyère. Dry and rather lackluster as a standalone Thanksgiving dish, it found new purpose today as a dramatically improved supporting actor to roasted portobello caps. Happy Christmas Eve.

First time trying sea cucumber (or taking note of it). It was interesting but not exactly mind-blowing. The Chinese mushroom was good though.
