Leftover Easy-Bake herbed stuffing, repurposed into… still stuffing—but zhuzhed up with chopped mushroom stems, odds and ends, and nutty Gruyère. Dry and rather lackluster as a standalone Thanksgiving dish, it found new purpose today as a dramatically improved supporting actor to roasted portobello caps. Happy Christmas Eve.

Stir-fry assorted mushrooms with beansprouts.

Not bad, but I would not have thought this to be kimchi-tasting.

Virtually everything in this had to be consumed lest they laid waste to transformers.

First time trying sea cucumber (or taking note of it). It was interesting but not exactly mind-blowing. The Chinese mushroom was good though.

Dehydrated and over-salted. 😖 Not worth $20.
