REALLY GOOD
14th PURPLE YAM
Canvas, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon
Purple yam, lemon basil and 4 variations of mangosteen - freeze-dried (crunchy), fresh, powdered, and in the salty caramel sauce. The freeze-dried mangosteen with the flavours preserved and a nice crunch were good. The others seemed redundant. They should rename this dish “Mangosteen” since it’s more like the main ingredient. #Micgelin #michelin1star
