AMAZING
1st MARGERITA PIZZA

The sauce is so bright & fresh, the cheese, equally fresh & meltingly good, & the basil is a great counterpoint. But the crust. Oh the crust. So flavorful. Crunchy in parts & pillowy & fragrant in others. Sigh.

The name continues: basil, agrumato, and going court flowers. I just call it the flower pizza! 🌸 It’s as delicious as it is pretty! Hot & bubbly, very flavorful crust, crisp, soft & charred in all the right places, as well as flavorful ingredients that made a nice whole.

Mozzarella, caciocavallo, mixed mushrooms, white truffle oil. It is so earthy, between the mushrooms, the truffle oil & cheeses! What a rich scent, too! And the crust is just soft enough & so flavorful. It’s still one of my favorite pizzas!

The crust was light, airy and yet flavorful. Every ingredient was fresh & delish, from the sauce to the buffalo mozzarella to the basil!

That cheese was so fresh & sweet! The tomato sauce was fresh & tangy. I would’ve liked smaller pieces of basil better distributed but I’m glad it was fresh. Good coal oven crust.

Tangy, earthy and smokey. Made with arugula, burrata, shaved pecorino, toscano cheese & white truffle oil! The crust was also smokey & tender with a little crunch on the outside & soft & springy inside. It’s made in a Valoriani oven hand-built in Tuscany. So good!

I finally had my first pizza since before the pandemic! It is actually really really good! The only down side is by the time I brought it home & disinfected myself & everything else, it had cooled a bit & the crust wasn’t as crispy, nor the cheese hot & stringy. But, dang, it was good, especially after a pizza dearth! All fresh ingredients & delicately done.
8th FENNEL AND BOTTARGA PIZZA

Quite delicate! The finely shaved fennel was bright & sweet & blended nicely with the bottarga, which is briney, but I didn't notice it individually. The ingredients, including the tomato sauce & cheese, worked well with the slightly crunchy, thin crust. A repeat performance is in order! #pizza #pizzaDecember
9th FONTINA CHEESE PIZZA

With wild mushrooms & truffle oil. Sauce was bright & fresh. Mushrooms seemed like ordinary sliced mushrooms. There was a vague touch of truffle oil. I smelled it more than tasted it. The coal oven crust was very good.
