6th 'THE SARDINIAN' (PANE FRATTAU)
Tiramisu Cafe, LondonI've never had this before. It's made using Sardinian flatbread- pane carasau. It's wafer thin though, even thinner than a crepe. It was layered and had tomato sauce and topped with a poached egg. It was certainly enjoyable, not super filling but not bad and the flavours were good.
