AMAZING
1st RIGATONI

This RIGATONI BEEF SHIN RAGU from Fucina is absolutely delicious. Flavour is perfectly rich and flavoursome, melted in my mouth as soon as it went in. I wish they could do one with pappardelle instead of rigatoni, not that I don’t like rigatoni but I love pappardelle too much.
2nd BEEF SHIN RAGU

Beef shin is so tender that it melts in your mouth and the sauce is cooked to perfection, in terms of flavour and saltiness, together with al dente pappardelle. It is amazing that you can get such quality for less than a tenner. One of my favourite pasta dishes of all time and it was so good that it makes me cry. Have tried the same dish in plenty of restaurants and I feel it is one that is difficult to cook well (and maybe to get a good picture of too).
3rd SPICY PORK & NDUJA RAGU WITH MAFALDE

Rich and meaty ragu flavour stands out for me. Definitely the dish that I will come back for.
4th TRUFFLE TAGLIERINI

So pleased to hear Flour & Grape have brought this TRUFFLE TAGLIERINI with cured egg yolk and butter emulsion back to the menu after one year of absence. All pasta here is freshly made Truffle flavour is perfect without being too strong or too weak and it is integrated wonderfully well with the al dente taglierini, freshly made just like all pasta here. Still one of my favourite pasta dishes in London, make my day every single time. If you want to please a friend who loves pasta, this is the place to go. They only take reservations for lunch so come early if you are here for dinner!

5th SPAGHETTI AL CARTOCCIO

Have you tried Spaghetti al Cartoccio? It is a type of pasta which is boiled, sauced, then wrapped in a Greaseproof Paper Bag and baked. My first time trying it in Ciao Bella, served with seafood and tomato sauce. Seafood flavour is rich and flavourful. Will defo come back for this and their famous tiramisu!
6th DUCK RAGU PASTA

First time having duck ragu and I really enjoy it. Rich in flavour and definitely moreish. I just wish there was more pappardelle. A cute little spot for date nights in West London.

7th BLACK TRUFFLE PASTA

Truffle Mafalda (Reginette) is not bad with generous portion but could do with stronger truffle flavour and some cheese as well.
8th PAPPARDELLE RABBIT RAGU
