Rarely do so many flavours and textures meld together so well, to come together and create a near perfect dish. The soft egg, the tender chicken - the salted fish, and the perfectly cooked, then fried rice. Each bite is full of sensations... an occasional bursting pea here and there, the snap of a perfectly prepared carrot. Divine.
