These are steamed. Large as a child's fist and packed full of meat, bean sprouts and a bit of crushed tofu. Awesome!! One of the better ones, for sure!

Oh Lord, this might be one of the dishes they serve in Heaven... each of these is the size of an adult’s fist and is PACKED with meat, veg, and some tofu... i tried to hold myself to only one, but ate... FOUR. 😜😜😜 truly awesome.

These are still the best fried mandoo on Earth! Full of meat and veg, and fried so crisp... not oily or greasy at all. Still the king. Long live the King of Mandoos!! 😂😂😂

I’ve long been fascinated by dumplings and their journey across the Silk Road, and their variations between countries. Have a look at these AWESOME dumplings from Georgia... they look like slightly larger Xiao Long Bao!! Same meat soup inside, slightly different flavour profile, slightly thicker skins... but wickedly delish. Love love love these!! Amazing restaurant.

These have an almost xiao long bao type soupiness inside! Handmade and oh so delicious!

Wow, these came out of NOWHERE... They are awesome. Packed with soft, tender pork. Served with awesome aged ginger vinegar for dipping. Could hammer like 30 of these!!!

It is so weird that such a hands-down, amazing plate of fried dumplings could be served at a non-asian restaurant... But hey, here you go. It's amazing. Not greasy in the slightest... Just crispy and delicious. All completely handmade.

These are really quite good - stuffed with meat filling. Really clean tasting. Just not awesome enough to be amazing, but yummy nonethless.
