Unbelievably crunchy on the outside... Fluffy on the inside... And with just the right amount of saltiness. Goodness, I'd forgotten just HOW good these were!!!

So crispy on the outside that they snap when you break them in half... But super soft and fluffy on the inside. Delicious.

This waffle cut style really really suits the softer texture of sweet potato fries. Hmmm. Wow! They hold up well and provide excellent crunch to an otherwise usually-somewhat-soggy starch.

Have I ever had chips (chunky fries) with dill on them before? I don’t think I have. But I need to have them like this more often because they are CRAZY GOOD!!! The fresh dill adds a sort of cool, bright funkiness... this is why ranch dressing tastes good on pretty much everything... because its main flavour note is dill! Feck, this was SOOOOO GOOD!! 🍟

I really don't love sweet potato fries in general. They're usually too mushy, are a bit too sweet, neither here nor there - but for THESE - I will happily make an exception. They are so crispy... Crunchy outside - fluffy inside. Unbelievable.

A very, very good new york/boardwalk style fry. Definitely fried in groundnut oil. Has that slightly soft texture, while not soggy nor insipid. Not greasy at all. They were really good. Sometimes, fries like this are just what you need.

I mean, just look at the pic... how could these fries not be amazing? Tossed in Old Bay seasoning - the classic Mid-Atlantic USA seasoning (primarily celery salt, paprika, crushed red pepper and black pepper) - and smothered in WIZ (cheese whiz spread!), these potatoes are basically a vehicle of awesomeness. Let’s be honest, you could season cardboard the same way and I’d happily eat it. 😂 Nicely fried potatoes are an added bonus! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Awesome sweet potato fries (SPF). I am generally not the biggest fan of SPFs, because they are usually limp and insipid... But these had a real "snap" of crunchiness on the outside, while being incredibly smooth inside. My best SPF so far. March 1, 2018.

Really quite good!! Better than their truffle and parmesan version. Go figure!

The potatoes themselves are some of the best I've had... Crispy outside and truly fluffy inside. HOWEVER, the black truffle is actually either minced mushrooms with truffle oil, or wet black preserved truffles from a jar. Could have reached a wee bit higher in the pursuit of chip perfection. The 'shrooms let the whole thing down a little, shame.
