These were so good, crunchy and really fresh with that slightly numbing sensation from the Sichuan pepper and chilli sauce they come in. Great accompaniment to a hearty bowl of hot noodle soup.
Perfectly seared and sprinkled with sea salt. The charred lime was really good on it as well. These peppers actually had a little bit of a kick, too, which I loved.
