AMAZING
1st STUFFED LONG GREEN CHILLI
Tonbridge Food Festival , Tonbridge Castle Grounds
These were stuffed with a potato and spices mix and they were ruddy fantastic. Chilli and tamarind sauces went perfect along with it. Made by Paul Babra (paulbabra.co.uk)
2nd PAK BOONG FAI DANG

Thai style Morning Glory with garlic, chilli and soybean sauce. I love it!
3rd SPICY CUCUMBERS
GB Hand-Pulled Noodles, Toronto
These were so good, crunchy and really fresh with that slightly numbing sensation from the Sichuan pepper and chilli sauce they come in. Great accompaniment to a hearty bowl of hot noodle soup.
4th SHISHITO PEPPERS
SUSHISAMBA, Las Vegas
Perfectly seared and sprinkled with sea salt. The charred lime was really good on it as well. These peppers actually had a little bit of a kick, too, which I loved.
5th WILD GREENS

6th SPINACH IN BONE BROTH

Delicious fresh and perfectly cooked spinach in a tasty broth with odd bits and bobs. Including ham, century egg and crab sticks. I love it!
