Rarely can I finish a big bowl of noodle soup like this, BUT this one is so delicious, I finished it and could have happily ordered another one! So so good!

This place has really long queues, but when it comes to the pork noodle soup they got it wrong. The other stall was way tastier!

They hand pull the noodles to order! And you can watch the guy do it. You choose which kind of shape noodle you like, from very thin round to very wide flat. You can have them dry with stuff over them or in the delicious beef broth. There is spiciness to choose from too, but I had it as it comes as the chilli oil is on the table to add yourself. I really really liked this broth. Like it is made with love and the noodles are as good as you can imagine! 👍👍👍

I came back for more delicious beef noodles, only this time I had the extra wide hand pulled noodles. They were difficult to eat. And really long.

The first bite/ slurp I took and I was transported straight back to Bangkok. It was the fresh Thai herbs! They make such a big difference. I also learned that Asian celery tastes totally different to our common version. I thought they were the same pretty much. But no! That’s why my dishes that should have Asian celery always lack that certain something if I substitute it.

I came back for another Boat Noodle Soup, and I only go to the same place twice, if it was really good. And it was really good the second time around, too! I think I will go back again soon. 😁

Another place where you can watch them make the food you eat. A lovely, although clearly hard working lady made the dumplings and hand pulled the noodles, which were the best noodles I think I've ever had. So springy they practically sprang into your mouth! Although the broth was nice, it wasn't the star of the show.

This is a glass noodle soup with little pork meatballs in a rich homemade pork stock. It’s got lots of white pepper, which gives it heat and fried garlic oil on top for that ummmmmmmami burst. I love it!

I loved the broth, the beef was super tender and I cannot comment on the noodles, they are off limits right now.... but soon .... 😃

It was too difficult to order a chicken noodle soup without noodles, so the noodles are in there and will stay there too. #dukandiet

Would you believe it? A proper nice authentic tasting noodle soup in an American food court. I know! I was shocked as well.... Shame about the plastic crockery, but I'll come back for more, never the less.
