2021 update (see 2nd photo): Still amazing, but wow — that's a LOT less of the toppings 😱 I'm glad I take these pictures! 2019 review: I didn't think it was possible for Island Earth's taramosalata to be outdone, but of course, if anyone could do it, it would be Travolta. This is simply—sublime. The main body is airy, tangy and super smooth, and those little bursts of salmon roe on top are pure genius. Best taramosalata ever. A steal at €5. 2nd SMOKED EEL ON FAVA

I generally like my fava served the traditional way only — with olive oil, lemon, oregano and plenty of diced raw red onion. This is a rare exception to my rule. It's an amazing dish. Might even deserve a "10." €15.70

As far as I'm concerned, this is the best taramosalata on the planet 😱 Richly creamy without a hint of clagginess (is that a word?), and yet sharp and tangy. I sometimes come in just to get some for home. The toasted Greek pita triangles make it sing. €4.90 #appetiser

Beets, yogurt, garlic and green apple. Excellent take on a traditional Greek dish — light on the garlic but delicious. Very refreshing on a hot summer evening with beer! €6
