Poached eggs nestled in grilled hash browns with sauteed mushrooms & ham, topped with gruyere bechamel & swiss cheese gratiné.

Ham, bacon, sausage, bell peppers & onions, topped with country gravy. My wife ordered with hash brown potatoes.

Fried eggs over tortilla with refried beans & chorizo, topped with tomato sauce, sweet peas & ham, melted cheese and a side of plantains and avocado. Perfect for breakfast.

I don't eat Mexican food often... but this entree was excellent. The portion was enough to satisfy. They didn't skimp on the chorizo. The sides of rice & refried beans were also good.

I ordered my Skillet with sausage links and white toast. I thought... "How big can a 3 egg scramble-skillet be?" Well, let me tell ya... "It's a healthy sized portion... so much so that I couldn't finish it all in one sitting." There's so much goodness on one plate. The sausage links and pile of roasted potatoes went great with the eggs.
