1st ZABAGLIONE

Zabaglione
Just a huge bowl of eggs, sugar, and marsala wine. Oh and some biscotti too.
I love custard, so I've really wanted to try zabaglione for a long time now, and this did not disappoint! Very airy and foamy, but at the same time dense, rich and heavy.
No curdling at all, no sir! Very well made.
It wasn't overly sweet, but quite sweet, which I think balances out considering the huge portion!
The biscotti isn't sweet at all, and it's a crunchy, nutty complement to the flowy moist zabaglione
It's served and menu'ed as a portion for 2. I'd be surprised if many pairs of people could finish all that! Plenty to go around.
Go for it if you want to try a classic Italian dessert, that quite frankly is not easy to find. If you like custard, you'll like this! Great to share, and a fun show for the table.
