Saffron risotto with pancetta, prawns, snow peas and feta

With shiitake and crispy shallots

I loved it had a little spicy kick.

With smoked fish, peas and creme fraiche. Needed more seasoning but was alright.

It’s my first time to try this dish at this restaurant. They let you order extra halloumi but sadly the quality wasn’t good. The dish also lacked seasoning.

The actual risotto lacked flavour but the goat cheese and chorizo were punchy.
