PRETTY GOOD
1st BABY BACK RIBS
Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q, Chandler
You can buy them per 1/2 lb. These are tender and fall off the bone goodness. They were already basted lightly with their BBQ sauce, but I slathered on some more! Tasty! Recently discovered this place, and we are very happy with it indeed. Cheap and good eats. What else can you ask for?? Atmosphere? Well...the place is kinda hillbilly for my taste, but it was fun nonetheless. Just don’t bring your date on a “romantic” night out. haha
JUST OK
2nd 36-HOUR PORK RIBS
Culinary Dropout, Phoenix
Full rack of baby back ribs that are slow cooked for 36 hours and basted with sweet and spicy jalapeno and molasses sauce. Served with fries and yummy coleslaws! The sauce was very tasty, but there were some spots on the rib that were too salty for some reason. Then there were other parts that weren’t salty. Perhaps the chef literally sporadically threw a handful of salt on the ribs!?
