I love this pizza. They don't use tomato sauce...just a paste and chunks of tomatoes under the toppings. Cheese on top of everything. The crust is airy and lumpy and butter toasted. So good.

Deep dish pizza with white sauce, pesto and Italian sausage. Delicious! Crispy bottom and very cheesy. This was recommended by several others and definitely worth trying. $18 for a "medium" (6 big and filling slices...)

White sauce and pesto and cheese and sausage patties. I really like this pizza but I dropped it down in rank because the crust wasn't as good as before. We wanted to support Paoli's because I would hate to lose this pizza in the future.

Chicago style deep dish with pepperoni and sausage. The sausage is in slices, so the inside of the pizza is meat stacked on meat then covered in cheese and sauce. Great crust which is more like pastry than bread.

Thin crust, spicy marinara, capicollo, prosciutto di Parma, fennel sausage, Old country pepperoni and spicy sopressata. Really nice flavors in this. this is very thin pizza and you must fold it to eat it but I really enjoyed that. it was like an Italian quesadilla! #yelpeliteevent

Pizza by the slice. Thin crust New York style. The pizza is made when you get there, and they heat it up in the oven when you order it. It's quick and it gives it a nice crisp bottom. I was more fond of the crust and the slice of pizza then my husband was. To get it at its best, you have to eat it right away and not get it delivered. That's a mixed bag though, since there was very poor air conditioning and the place smelled like they were having sewage issues. One slice of pizza will cost you $4... If you're a fan of East Coast Pizza though, you may want to check this out.

A large Thin Crust pizza topped edge-to-edge with Cheese and Pepperoni. I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed this! It's super thin and easy to eat, which is dangerous. Sitting in pajamas, cozy under a blanket and watching t.v... yeah, I'm pretty sure I could munch through an entire large pizza!!

Huge! Feeds 2 people. Pepperoni is in small chunks. I preferred the sausage because it was meatier, but this was still delicious.

This is a woodfire grill pop up in the circus liquor parking lot. They also have a taco stand. They have a lot of fusion pizzas that are Mexican and Peruvian but they also have traditional pizzas. Amazingly, it works! Adding one of the salsas to the pizza really kicks up the flavor.

One slice is a meal! The pepperoni is in small chunks, so I would go with the sausage or meatball slices next time. Very garlicky.

Once again, my husband got extra basil on the side. This is just what he wanted and he thinks this is probably the best margherita pizza he's ever had.

My husband requested extra basil. They served it on the side so he could portion it to his taste. They also brought out some garlic and olive oil, which was also great on the pizza (2nd pic). Then, he decided to toss on some Checca sauce (3rd pic). Voila! Bruschetta Pizza!

San Marzano tomatoes, bufala mozzarella, basil, olive oil. The basil really enhance the flavor, some more basil would have been better. #dinela
