Strozzapreti with venison ragu and Pálava thyme cheese. This was absolutely delicious.

Squid ink pasta stuffed with smoked salmon and saffron sauce.

Homemade gnocchi filled goats cheese in a butter sauce littered with truffle shavings. The little pillows of gnocchi were perfectly velvety and not as heavy as one might expect. Delish!!!

Wild boar in white wine. The meat could have been a tad more tender. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Love the chewiness of the Bigoli.

Quite rich

This was really delicious, I was pleasantly surprised as I thought maybe I might be disappointed! I did ask our very attentive waiter, Antonio if he could make sure the filet strips were not over cooked and they were perfectly tender. Big smile! I also really liked the avocado sauce, creamy and a mild spice to it. This started as a share dish but soon it was a gonna in my tummy dish!

Great infusion of tastes and textures.

Very good but not a man sized portion.

Parmesan, ham, herbal oil, herbs, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and vegetable stock.

Juicy melt in your mouth beef. Full of flavour.

I thought it looked strangely put together at first but it tasted great once you mixed it all up! Spaghetti with Salsiccia, vine tomatoes,chilli, garlic, basil, rucola and mozzarella.

It was with zucchini as they ran out of red peppers.

My other friend enjoyed this, not as dry as it first appeared. Good sauce
