A delish Georgian cheese filled bread

It was so tough not to have these for all three courses lol! Just the two.

Freshly baked 24 hour, long fermentation sourdough bread. Organic and locally sourced, apart from the salt. Delicious and doesn’t make you bloat!

All made with locally sourced organic ingredients

These were a delight to eat. Onyx bakes 14 to16 various types of breads on average daily. Flavours include Rosemary, Kalamata olive baguette, Parmesan sticks and the rest I wish I could remember! All dangerously moreish.

This Khachapuri was made with double helpings of Sulguni. Really filling so equate that into your overall meal 😬. Double helping was delicious but a tad much.

This is sooooo delicious. Crisp and peppery served with Parmesan and rucola. The perfect start to a lovely lunch after a friends movie showing.

So simple but so good!
