The pizza was cooked perfectly with the dough having a nice flavour to it. The stracciatella (soft cheese), rocket (aka arugula/rucola/ruccoli), roast tomatoes and pesto topping was a good combination that provided the salty, sweet and slight earthy taste which worked very well together.
