A super crispy, well spiced and seasoned fried chicken sandwich. With pickled red onions, sambal mayo, and Korean hot sauce, which I’m guessing is some gochu-jang... awesome.

Yesterday I tried this bad boy form @coqfighteruk. It wasn’t on the menu but WOWSERS!!! This was nothing like any other buffalo burger I’ve had. The flavour was on point. Lots of garlic, lots of butter and fried chicken. I was in heaven!
