Part of the Supreme Saturday package (veggie menu also available for £48pp) starts with a welcome drink - that pink Lychee Ginger Collins in the background (other options also available), accompanied by selection of 6 steamed dumplings and 4 baked and fried pieces per guest, which I all loved, especially the venison puff, the truffle spring roll and the wild mushroom dumpling 👌🏼
