Got a chance to try this burger during covid thanks to delivery. It was a pretty good burger but when judging it you have remember that it's a $30 burger. The cost to benefit ratio is off. If this was a $6-$10 burger I would say it's better than In&out. The bread was amazing and choice of cheese was perfect. It lacked seasoning though and the aouju sauce can be hit or miss. Good to great burger but a terrible value

Double cheeseburger with melted American cheese, garlic aioli with minced pickles, and a "cascading pool of sticky Bordelaise sauce" on a brioche bun. The minced pickles were too large for us non pickle lovers. The meat was pretty rare which was...different. I wanted to love this $25 picture of decadence, but I didn't. Gorgeous bordelaise sauce though!
