Some of you may remember the "Kulinarische Herbst" where we collected stamps in our book and tried to get all 9 to earn our passage into the Gala Dinner. Well we did it! And here is a recounting of that glorious evening showcasing the 9 chefs, each offering their own course. First up from Bernhard's in Oberaudorf - an amazing starter of crab ball, seafood potsticker and crispy seaweed in a sesame soy sauce dressing. AMAZEBALLS.
