The pork belly was cooked really nicely but for me this was waaaay too hot. VERY heavy on the chilli and also coriander. Gave me a coughing fit half way through the meal and was a bit off-putting.
This was a pretty tasty starter, but the texture of the pork belly was a bit weird to me, really quite dense like firmly packed pulled-pork?
The smooth bed of pumpkin was delish though!
