Deliciously tender pork belly with a rich red wine jus, Savoy cabbage and baby potato accompaniments. Lovely!

The pork belly was cooked really nicely but for me this was waaaay too hot. VERY heavy on the chilli and also coriander. Gave me a coughing fit half way through the meal and was a bit off-putting.

This was a pretty tasty starter, but the texture of the pork belly was a bit weird to me, really quite dense like firmly packed pulled-pork? The smooth bed of pumpkin was delish though!
