Yum!! Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside; paired with a delicious chutney and salad. Perfect starter.

I would never have thought of deep frying Feta and serving with honey but I will think about it now. It was amazing.

I’ll be so sad when I’m back in the UK and this breaded feta is no longer easily available... delish! This one had bits of sun dried tomatoes on top. A bit 90s but I’ll allow it 😉
